FTP Upload Instructions

If you are a new customer, please send an email to spicerhallfield@rdw.co.uk requesting that an FTP folder be set up. This may take up to 48 hours as this is a manual process. Once the folder is set up you will receive an email advising you of the access details including a password to protect your images in the folder.

After each album order has been placed on the photogether.co.uk site access the FTP site and create a folder for each order ensuring the order number is in the folder name and upload your files. On completion of the process, email spicerhallfield@rdw.co.uk quoting the order number allocated by photogether.co.uk and advising us that the files have been uploaded and the order is ready for processing.

Please mark the CD/DVDs with your name and the Photogether order number. Send to:
